Kickstarter Pledges are delivered from both the UK and Germany. This means that there are no additional VAT or Customs fees for Kickstarter backers in the EEC.

Orders are prepared and packed within 2 - 4 working days, with the exception of Kickstarter fulfilment. Kickstarter fulfilment is updated via the relevant Kickstarter. Items that are available for back-order will be dispatched as soon as out of stock items are available (usually 1-2 weeks). Please feel free to contact us for a more definitive estimate.
Orders containing a pre-order or back-ordered item will not be dispatched until all items are available. Items available for pre-order will include an up-to-date estimate in their web description. Please feel free to contact us regarding estimated times.

All items in the UK are posted via 48 hour tracked, and charged at £5.99. This usually takes 2 days, however Royal Mail states a maximum of 15 working days.
